Birds Eye Walls
Role: Planning, Design & Production
Scope: New Build, Conservation Area
Client: Birds Eye Walls (Unilever)
OWL Architects were extensively involved with the extension and development of the client’s Lowestoft operations and a diverse number of building types including offices, cold stores and food processing areas. This culminated in the design of a new build research and development building linked with existing accommodation. The building is a two-storey steel framed structure with a sheet metal roof clad in brickwork to meet Conservation Area planning requirements. It contains a combination of presentation and conference rooms in conjunction with experimental kitchen and tasting areas.
