7 How long we keep your information for

Data is only stored for a period in accordance with our statutory and legal obligations (including but not limited to):


  • Financial records (7 years);
  • Works in contract (underhand 6 years / under deed 12 years);
  • Liability in Tort (15 years).

8 Giving your reviews and sharing your thoughts
